Exploring With Kit

Hey! My name is Kit, and I'm the third doll in our little family. I'm the sporty one in my family, and I love to explore, which is perfect because we live in New England. I think a lot of people misjudge places that they've never been before. I feel like a lot of people just think we're a bunch of weirdos that hang out in the woods and say things like "Lobstah" and "Pahk ya cah". Admit it, at some point you've thought something like that about somewhere you've never been. Misconceptions about places you've never been are really common - I mean, can we really prove that anyone lives in Alaska? Show me however many pictures you want, but you'll have to drag me up there to prove it. (No offense to anyone who lives in Alaska. I'm aware that there are a lot of people living there. Don't kill me.)

Anyway, I decided that it would be a lot of fun to start my own page on this blog (that's been open since around July but never used) to tell you all about my adventures in beautiful New England. Let's get started!

I haven't really been exploring this year because our weather averages 0-20 degrees and negative temperatures overnight in Maine, so we get a lot of snow. I'm only eighteen inches tall, and when they say 6-8 inches of snow on the news, they mean a couple feet. So the snowbanks are really tall and icy - too difficult for a doll like me to climb. I'll have a real adventure story up soon, hopefully with some pictures. For now, stay awesome!

-K
